Return and Refund Policy
Raffeta is committed to your satisfaction. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our Return and Refund Policy carefully before initiating a return.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all the following criteria:
Purchased directly from raffeta.com
Returned within 30 days of delivery
Unopened, unused, and in the same condition as received
In original packaging, including outer box, labels, and seals
Products that have been opened, used, or show signs of wear cannot be accepted for return, except as required by applicable law.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
Sachets, sample packets, or trial sizes
Gift cards
Clearance or final-sale products
Products marked “non-returnable” at the time of purchase
3. How to Initiate a Return
Email our Returns Team at returns@raffeta.com within 30 days of delivery.
Include your order number, item name(s), and reason for return.
Our team will review and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.
Pack the item securely in original packaging and include the RMA form.
Ship the package to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error on our part.
4. Inspection and Approval
Once we receive your returned item, our Quality & Design team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. Please allow up to 10 business days for inspection.
5. Refund Processing
If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.
If you received free shipping on your order and return all items, a shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
7. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@raffeta.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
8. International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping and any duties or taxes. We recommend choosing a trackable shipping method. Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable.
