Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Raffeta. Our goal is to deliver your luxury skincare products quickly, safely, and with the same care we put into crafting them. Please review our Shipping Policy to understand shipping options, delivery times, and related information.

1. Domestic Shipping (India)
Order Processing
All orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Costs

Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): ₹150 per order

Express Shipping (1–2 business days): ₹350 per order

Free standard shipping on all domestic orders over ₹3,000.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times begin once your order is picked up by the carrier. Delays due to carrier disruptions, weather, or customs (for certain regions) may occur.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.

2. International Shipping
Order Processing
International orders follow the same processing schedule as domestic orders. Please allow an additional 1–2 business days for order handling.

Standard International (7–14 business days): Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

Express International (3–7 business days): Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are not included in your order total.

Delivery Time
Transit times vary by destination and carrier. Please factor in potential delays due to customs clearance.

3. Order Tracking & Updates
You will receive an email notification when your order ships.

Use the provided tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

4. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If you encounter an issue selecting your country at checkout, please contact us at shipping@raffeta.com.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes for international orders; a physical street address is required.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments
Lost Packages: If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your order, please wait 48 hours and then contact shipping@raffeta.com if you still cannot locate it.

Damaged Items: Inspect your package upon arrival. If any item is damaged, please email support@raffeta.com within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Before Shipping: You may modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing support@raffeta.com.

After Shipping: Once shipped, modifications or cancellations are not possible. Please follow our Return and Refund Policy to return unwanted items.
